Monkey Smoothie

[size=4]A delicious, on-the-go breakfast or a healthy, refreshing snack. Freeze the banana a day ahead.[/center]

[size=3]Serves 2[/size][/size]


2 cups of milk or any milk alternative (I prefer almond milk)
2 medium frozen banana
2 TBS gluten-free flaxseed
4 TBS gluten-free Peanut Butter
1/2 cup ice (add more if needed)
2 tsp of Stevia or any sweetener of your choice (optional)

[b]1.[/b] Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix until everything resembles a smooth texture. (Each blender is different. I use the Magic bullet and blend for 30 seconds)
[b]2.[/b] Serve immediately into two tall glasses.
[b]3.[/b] Enjoy!
