Not Hungry

I'm feeling the way I felt last summer (the bad summer where I got very thin and had to force myself to eat at 9PM if I hadn't eaten all day-kept inadvertently getting glutened and felt SO GOOD when I wasn't eating...became scared of food). I do recognize it, so it doesn't have power over me. It happened once last fall and I literally went out and bought a TON of Halloween candy and made myself eat a candybar a day (quick and sweet) and told myself I liked food.

It got into the 90 degrees yesterday, maybe that's why. I had mango, steamed edamame, water, and Raisinets. I bought a soda (rare for me) and dumped it out. Just didn't have a taste for it.

That's it.

Woke up late and cooked eggs and a quesadilla. Ate one bite of quesadilla and one egg.

I do have energy, tho, so I'm not worried yet. I'm taking my vitamins. I'll eat some raisins and go to the pool.

If it gets bad, I'll bake a gluten-free pizza- those are very appetizing to me. I'm not slipping down a slope again! ciao
