Start the New Year off right. Join The Greater Cleveland Celiac Association as we host our 6th Annual Gluten-Free Bread Baking Event.

Sunday, February 10, Parma Community Hospital 2pm
    in the Nelson Auditorium
7007 Powers Blvd (off Ridge Rd ), Parma

Practice your bread baking skills and learn from others how to bake the perfect loaf of gluten-free bread. Bring home a variety of recipes to try at home throughout the year.

Please bring your favorite gluten-free bread to share along with 2 dozen copies of the recipe.

It is important that you list all ingredients as many people have additional sensitivities. List brand names of ingredients if applicable.

    How it works:

If you have never baked gluten-free bread give it a try. Be sure to bring the recipe.

If you have a favorite bakery or store bought gluten-free bread please bring it.

If you have bread you think is horrible, bring that too, so we don’t waste our money!

We will taste it all and judge the best bread – overall bread winner will get a certificate.

**Everyone is welcome. Bring the entire family…

    Please RSVP with number coming:

Contact Cindy glutenfree1@yahoo.com to RSVP or if you have any questions.

Instead of a another cold, icy, snowy Valentine's day, why not take your sweety to
one of the most idyllic Caribbean islands there is. Pristine white powder soft
beaches, crystal clear turquoise waters, palm trees, tropical breezes is this year's
setting for our annual mid-winter Getaway.

We will stay at the All-Inclusive Club Med. Once you get there you can put away
your wallets - all the food, wine, alcohol, soft drinks, coffee & tea, sports,
entertainment and even tips are included in the price. These islands have been
designated as one of the top 10 Dive Sites in the world.

We call this our Do-As-Much-Or-Do-As-Little getaway. There are organized activities
offered from sunrise to sunset - do nothing more than sit out by the pool or on the
beach at the ocean - read and relax - book in one hand and a Pina Colada in the
    other hand.

Over the years we have established a special relationship with Club Med and the
Gluten-free food that is provided for us is outstanding - from bagels, pancakes and
toast and more in the morning - to pizza, chicken wings, french fries and much
more for lunch - to all kinds of soups, sauces and gravies with a variety of specially
prepared dishes for dinner. Oh yeah - and baked desserts for dinner as well.

Check out all the details at http://bobandruths.com and make your reservations
    as soon as possible.
