NorCal Gluten-Free Alliance is partnering with WholeVine Products to introduce the company to the gluten-free community and have an opportunity for our leadership community to gather.

WholeVine products are high in nutritional components that are generally lacking in gluten-free flours.

WholeVine harvests natural ingredients from coastal fine wine vineyards to craft nutritious food ingredients and baked goods: grape skin and seed flour, culinary oils, and gluten-free cookies. The four flavors of award-winning WholeVine cookies are good examples of the uses for the varietal flours.

WholeVine Products' innovative application of these products facilitates closing the loop on sustainability, helping the fine wine industry reduce its environmental footprint by generating new uses for vineyard byproducts.

We hope you can join us at this exciting event specially created for our leadership group. We are pleased to present an opportunity for our members to gather in a lovely setting, socialize, and enjoy talks, cooking demos and tastings from a wonderful new company.

From our members' varied perspectives in nutrition, gourmet food manufacturing, food writing, community support and medicine, we expect our leadership community will appreciate these attributes of WholeVine products:
    High fiber
    Superior micronutrient profile
    High amounts of antioxidants
    Unique taste and flavor
Connection to the local wine industry
    Focus on sustainability

The Kendall-Jackson Wine Center is a culinary destination for foodies and wine lovers from all over the country. Kendall Jackson chefs will highlight the uses of WholeVine products in the kitchen.

    From left to right:

Justin Wangler, Executive Chef of Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate and Partake by K-J, the new tasting lounge and eatery in Healdsburg
    Eric Frischkorn - Sous Chef
Torey Arvik, PhD, Director of Applied and Research Science at WholeVine Products, will explain the nutritional science underlying the products.

This event is exclusively for members of our leadership group. Members are welcome to bring a guest.
