"Gluten-Free Summer Cooking with Taste and Nutrition in Mind"

Jill Nusinow, the "Veggie Queen" will present "Gluten-Free Summer Cooking with Taste and Nutrition in Mind" at the G&G Supermarket demo kitchen in Santa Rosa.
Menu: Curried Quinoa Gravenstein Apple Salad * Brown Rice and Summer Vegetable Salad with the Cilantro Avocado Dressing * Summer Super Salad * Stone Fruit Crisp. Includes variations on the menu items and a demo on how to use a pressure cooker to produce fast and tasty whole grains.
Following the two-hour class, we are hosting a half-hour support group meeting for people with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. Open to the public.
Cost: Just $5! We are cosponsoring the event to bring the price down and make it easy for everyone to attend. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity!
