Start the New Year off right. Join The Greater Cleveland Celiac Association as we host our 6th Annual Gluten-Free Bread Baking Event.

Sunday, February 10, Parma Community Hospital 2pm

in the Nelson Auditorium

7007 Powers Blvd (off Ridge Rd ), Parma

Practice your bread baking skills and learn from others how to bake the perfect loaf of gluten-free bread. Bring home a variety of recipes to try at home throughout the year.

Please bring your favorite gluten-free bread to share along with 2 dozen copies of the recipe.

It is important that you list all ingredients as many people have additional sensitivities. List brand names of ingredients if applicable.

How it works:

If you have never baked gluten-free bread give it a try. Be sure to bring the recipe.

If you have a favorite bakery or store bought gluten-free bread please bring it.

If you have bread you think is horrible, bring that too, so we don’t waste our money!

  • We will taste it all and judge the best bread – overall bread winner will get a certificate.
