I teach gluten free cooking classes through the Colorado Free University. June's class will be all about food for a barbeque. We will be making pasta salad, stuffed flank steak and lemon pound cake with a raspberry sauce. I will also be talking about helpful hints on what flour types to buy, how to use some cooking utensils and more. This class is for beginners all the way up to advanced chefs. So come join me.
