    • Wow  those sound amazing! Thanks for the info thats really interesting. I agree with easing into it, plus i dont think I'm ready to give up everything yet. I'm a little worried since I have trouble getting enough iron but I take a b-12 supplement since thats one of the ones I've been deficient in from celiac.  Also as a side note/question where in AUS do you live? I think I will be moving there within the next year. At first a was a little concerned what my food options would be there (restaurant wise) but it seems like you guys have even more gluten-free stuff than I do here in New York!
    • No reason it shouldn't be gluten-free, unless he was eating donuts right before he was shot, lol. Just kidding. Unless it's a grain-gluten grain- fed animal I would think he should be fine to eat. Sounds very exciting to try!
    • Awesome, thanks! Also, I just remembered I forgot to add a possible symptom of my standard temp is 96.7F. Haven't had a fever since 1988 when I had rocky mt spotted fever!
    • Hi!  I found this article very helpful.  http://hypothyroidmom.com/10-nutrient-deficiencies-every-thyroid-patient-should-have-checked/ Hope this helps.
    • I was given some elk meat and was curious if it's gluten free
