  1. help, I have had during;s disease for the past 2 years, and am having a difficult time lossing weight. I work 12 hour shift with 2 hours comuting time, 2 days, then 2 nites, then 4 off. Have removed all regular flour from the house and hubby and teen age son are both excellent in knowing what I can and cannot eat. I lose 7 -10 lbs, then stall, and gain it all back. I also have two pre teen daughters at home, I seem to do good for a few weeks and then start feeling deprived ( of sweets) and start eating them. I walk a bit for exercise. Any thoughts?
