  3. Been enjoing them for years both cooked in gluten-free pasta and raw in salads. Never a problem with them.
  4. I Live been 2 of them in kona and wouldnt step into either one. Damn near everything as shoyu and what doesnt doesnt have taste. I Know its cheap but guess I never liked them when i coud eat anything

  6. I like he San J light gluten-free soy sauce. Braggs aminos works well too, sometimes mixed with water.

  8. I've been glutened by outback twice -- don't want to give them a chance for strike 3.

  10. We don't have uptons in Hawaii but do have The Jackfruit Company (by Global Village Fruit, Inc.) which Ive never had a problem with. Dont get it often since we grow our own. Tried one other companies too with no problem.

  12. If you talk to chef Eric at Fleetwoods on front St they also prepare great gluten-free meals. Bistro Cassanova has hand made gluten-free noodles and an excellent ceasers salad -- minus croutons of course.
  13. its not like smoking or dieting, if you cheat with celiac, you get sick. sometimes very sick. If you have pizza it better be a gluten free one otherwise you will suffer from the throat problem or in my case severe cramps. good luck
