    Eating Gluten Free is also tax deductible! YOu can either claim it through your cafeteria plan or you can deduct the cost of gluten-free products that are in excess of the cost of what you are replacing. Or anything you wouldn't usually need (like Xanthan Gum) can be deducted in full. You can also chart mileage to the health food store - or delivery expenses...
