    Oh man, I was wondering the same thing! I've had a sugar obsession as of late and all my favorite candies have been making me miserable every time: swedish fish, sour patch, gummy worms, all of it. I got to thinking sugar was gluteny too... That Candida business is scaring me. I can't tell if I'm a hypochondriac or if I've really got multiple issues.

    Hi, My name is Luda. I discovered I was a Celiac Around this time last year, I was 23. I'd been suffering alone until I stumbled on this site! I was near having a panic attack this morning because the bar BQ sauce i was dipping my chicken in had soy sauce (soy sauce! with wheat!) and I didn't chance on the ingredient list until i was about to throw out the container. Who puts soy sauce in Bar BQ sauce? (watch that be a standard ingredient and I just had no idea) I've been struggling with hidden gluten for the past entire year. In spite of all the direct food I've avoided I may as well have just done nothing! I'm so frustrated Anyway, it's wonderful to be able to speak with people who can relate. It's nice to meet you!
