  1. Corn might be the problem. Try to take it out of your diet for several days and try to see if you notice a difference I'm new to the whole gluten free world but I'm also allergic to dairy as well. I'm wondering since I just started drinking chocolate soy milk and on the box it says "dutch process" does anyone know what that would mean?...so chocolate can have wheat in it right?!?
