  1. They have a gluten-free menu.. http://www.konagrill.com/menu.php?cid=15
  2. Thank you both for the information..I was sceptical about buying it but I was excited to try this new flatbread recipe.I think I will still try it just to see how it comes out, then switch to a different brand before I let my son try it...
  3. Does anyone know if Bobs redmill soy flour is safe to use.. I did notice that it doesnt have the gluten free label on it so I am assuming it is produced in the same facility as the gluten products and thats why it doesnt have the label..If that is the case does anyone use it wth or without reactions..I was going to try and make some flat bread with it today.
  4. Hi all, I dont post often, but read daily..I'm not sure if this has been posted yet..I just found out about it.. http://gfcucinas.com/index.htm
  5. I read an article in a health magazine that there was a class on march 6th at a place called Aunt Olives Good Food 2 Go in Birmingham..I wasn able to attend though, maybe you can call to see if they have any more classes planned..
  6. I did email ConAgra about their LA CHOY SOY SAUCE and it took awhile (4 weeks) to get back with me and they did verify that it is gluten-free..I didnt get an email though they sent it US mail so I dont have a reply to post...
  7. For gluten-free ranch I use the hidden valley dry mix (buttermilk) and add my own milk, sour cream and mayo..its the best and last up to 3 weeks after its prepared..
  8. Has anyone been misdiagnosed with crohns disease, only to find out its celiac instead?
