  8. you just add the pudding to the dry ingrediants. Infact just made myself a bday cake last week using gluten-free cake mix and mixed in pudding.... very yummy... my friends and family did not belive me it was gluten-free.
  9. something that I have always done even before going gluten-free is adding a box of instant pudding to cakes, cornbread, coffee cake etc. makes a HUDGE difference. I mix the (gluten-free brand of course) pudding with the dry ingrediants. Helps add flavor , and keeps things from crumbling =)
  10. I just fixed my own problem...lol. in case anyone needs to know its under options...dunno why I did not see it five minutes ago..lol
  11. I have not been on for about a week and noticed some things had changed. I was wondering... when I click on a topic only the original post shows and I have to click on each individual bullet to read the rest... is there a way to look at them all at once... thanks
  12. I'm Still Dizzy!

I was just at the doctors today because I have been dizzy too. Been gluten-free 4mths now. They said my BP was a lil high (never been high), when I was at another docs a mth ago it was low they said? I am going back for blood wrk. hope you figure it all out and start to feel better.
  13. Gotta Love It!

I really liked the article and your post. Never hurts to try. I do know that they advise to slowly take a child off gluten (when its for autisim) so the child won't show signs of withdrawl.
  14. At my wal-mart they were in with the reg baking mixes.
  15. Sorry. You still have to use what the directions call for...I just added in stuff. So that would be 6tbl butter, 2 eggs , 1c milk.
