  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. Can anyone tell me if you can use tapioca starch in place of tapioca flour? I am at my witts end not being able to find these flours at my local grocery stores. I am very unfamiliar with this web site. Thanks, Jan
  3. My hsuband went to the Mustard seed last week and picked up a Pamela's angel food cake mix. I couldn't believe my eyes!!!!!!!!!!!! I have made this so many times but for some reason this mix would NOT thicken or double. I put it in the oven anyway and the whole inside carmelized---it was bizarre. I called the company right away and she said there were other complaints on this particular batch, so she sent me a free coupon for 7.00 to buy any product I wanted, which was very generous of her, but the darn thing was to be my puppies first birthday cake, go figure!!!!! I haven't gone to the raisin rack yet or Cosco's, but the new Buehlers in Massillon, Oh. has a nice variety of gluten-free products, but not enough variety for me. Thanks for responding to me, I appreciate it. What is your personal e-mail address, I don't know how to find it on the website---I am new to this. Thanks again and have a great day.
