  1. Does anyone know where I could find yeast-free and gluten-free multivitamins and calcium supplements? I am really wanting to find them in the liquid form as I've heard liquid vitamins are more readily and thoroughly absorbed. I would greatly appreciate any info someone might have on this topic. Please and thank you.
  2. Hello all- I wasn't able to open this pdf from here either, but truncated the URL down to http://homepage.mac.com/sholland/celiac/ and placed in my Internet Explorer address bar. It took me to a page where I could scroll down and clicked on "a list of gluten free foods' link which took me to an updated (May 2004) pdf of 49 pages. Please give that a try. Thank you to those who brought this list to everyone's attention. What a blessing.
  3. Hi I have tried the Breeze Almond milk and didn't think it was too bad. I prefer the Rice Milk over the almond milk. I would like to try and find coconut milk. I have never tried it, but it sounds yummy.
