  1. Oops what'd I miss, reigning in absentia? Wayyy too busy w/ Ronaihna messin w/ his cousin Monti's head. Hope it just blows over. Ohhhh Gnikkers, hugs from me too. Screw that boiler tho, yah? Russel (hehe) awesome that the work hrs didn't change. How awful/worrisome that something as potentially impactful on your ds could be so cavalierly changed...
  2. I've been eating Tjoe's almond butter regularly w/out issue for probably 6 yrs. Mostly the Crunchy, tho I doubt creamy vs crunchy is a factor. This label has the shared equipment warning for peanuts, tree nuts & soy. No mention of wheat. I don't know if an organic one should be any different w.r.t. shared equipment. Isn't it a voluntary declaration...
  3. Woohoo 1 out of 4 done, Shad! I remember that type of relief well. Do ya leave the wasp there as a warning?
  4. How macabre! Is this Psillyville or a Horrorburg plot from SawXIV? Roasting our heretofore-loyal Yeti buddy? Good luck asking for a favoUr now! At least when I was found to be yeti-intolerant, I hadn't met him yet. Btw, "mammal-free" is definitely a new one to me as well. From all sides I've always seen recommendations for lamb, buffalo, yak whatever...
  5. That "billyclub" is looking more like a gluten-free pepperoni from here. (don't-pizza-w.out-me) Done! (Ooooo power going to me 'ead)
  6. Hey Gian-knit did I miss how Smackl's Jazz Band audition went? Is he on alto sax? (Feel like I'm guessing but maybe the back of my mind already knows )
  7. No doubt! Now . . .just how psilly can a badge get? Pretty sure the Deputy post also comes w/ a bullet to be kept in one's pocket. Pads' shirt have a pocket? Might be required while on duty anyway. Pretty crime-free around here, so it's not we need the long arm of the law, unlike the mean streets/aisles of CVS. Ricky Russell
  8. Skiing feels like a lifetime ago. Love that spot at Heavenly where while crossing from CA to NV side you see the lake & peaks of the Sierra on the left & the wild contrast of flat high-desert to the right. Into it enough to work at a ski shop in HS, but other priorities dropped skiing weekends to 2 or 3 or even none. (Wish there weren't any nones...

  10. The credit goes to Emmmerley for that one. Grabbed the url right out of her congrats post.
  11. It's decided. In honoUr of the admirable efforts & all-around eptness of The Ripper & cohorts in the production of Woody Allen's Don't Drink The Water [ohbummeritwontshowimg]http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151309767266043&set=a.10150151170591043.343333.558001042&type=1&relevant_count=1 ******PROCLAMATION FIVE...
  12. Hmmmm . .he's certainly got me all jacked to wield some power. I may quite well be apt to opt for ept. On a related note, our clement bayarea weather takes a 5 day break tomorrow.
  13. It's like a mini cross-species celiac quiz! And the answer is .. ... ..[hey what's a King gotta do to get a drumroll around here??????] [Not to be confused w/ a durum roll] . . . ....Ataxia! I might be inclined to appoint a Royal Commission . .. . .hmmm .. .the Wasp Ataxia Special Project . .. .yeah, I did it. Is it the poison or the zapper...
  14. Uniform Monday does sound like a concession to get casual Friday, don't it? There's a fracture in the time-space con-psilly-um.
  15. Locked outta my own Kingdom . .... .it's an OUTRAGE I tell ya! And right after I finished putting up the inaugural bunting too! I think I left my new official horn there. Hope the movers got it but wish I'd put it back in its case. Once bitten, twice shy & all. (In a prev life a drunk once got on stage during a break & fell on my sax to the...

  17. "Falsely" hoping? I was having daily multiple vertigo episodes before finally going 100% gluten-free and it's never happened again. You're not gluten-free yet? You may be amazed at how many things get better off gluten. Also I swear both my sight & hearing got better after 100% gluten-free.
  18. They could legally just say nothing at all. Companies like Conagra are lauded for a 'no hidden gluten' policy, which is what "no gluten-containing ingred used" basically means to me, since I'm going to read the ingred list anyway. I shopped gluten-free at TJs for years before the little g, I think many find it helpful & perfectly appropriate in this...
  19. There's a separate diet coke that's also caffeine-free, w/ a vertical goldish ribbon on the label if I remember correctly. Re: the twitching, I sure wasn't preggo & never thought it serious, and it did go away. Not sure if it's related but was low on vit D when it was tested, but it wasn't at the same time as the fluttering & I was actually way...
  20. I've eaten that for years & never had a problem. Are you certain the sauce etc, colander, side dishes, were all gluten-free? I actually think TJs is doing the labeling right. This isn't their first iteration. I don't think there ever will be enough dedicated-gluten-free manufacturing facilities to produce everyone's gluten-free food in buildings...
  21. Had that too & don't know why. Well I think mine's similar, like a twitch that keeps going, instead of one or a few twitches. Maybe less motion than a twitch but going for from 30sec to a few minutes?
