About Me

Born in upstate NY, lived there until 2006. Struggled with illnesses and allergies always. In 2007 became ill and got progressively worse to the point of having to leave my job. Finally got a diagnosis....pretty much unlooked for in Nov. 2007. Was a last minute decision to include endoscopy along with colonoscopy. Fortunately the GI doc. had a clue.

As of Nov 2008 still struggling with health issues and hoping for more answers. Love West Virginia! Hope springs eternal. Now if only I could get my family to all get tested too!

  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. hi thanks!! well im sorry to hear that at least they finally figured out what was wrong with you. i gues i got fortunate when the doctor decided to test me for celiac. but yes i do feel left-out alot but its really not all that bad. thanks for being there for me. ill message you if i ever need anything.

    Best Wishes,

    Michelle

I've done the whole deal with tubes in the eardrums...
  4. Hi twinsmom! Be sure to let us know how you make out. I guess I'm curious about any new information/technology that is out there in the ear, nose, throat areas. I hope you find some answers and get better soon.
  5. I'm wondering if the steroids could actually be causing some of the ringing or other problems. I had taken them only once and found out the hard way that I'm allergic and react very badly. (I'm hoping that I never come to a point where steroids become the only option ). Anyway.....It was the puncturing of the ears that I consider barbaric. I remember...
  6. Hi. I can so relate. I've had ear problems from infancy well into my late 30's. It was normal for me to have 2 or 3 ear infections each year, it often took several courses of antibiotics to clear them up each time. My eustation tube would collapse and fluid would build up inside. I've had tubes, holes punched into the drum, you name it. Did they have...
