  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. Have to agree, fully! I was on the Liberty of the Seas and the staff were wonderful. We cruised with 12 family members and I was more than a bit worried how they would accommodate my needs in combination with the rest of our extended family. My wife and mother advocated before I even arrived on board and had me meet with the Head Waiter, who subsequently introduced me to one of the Chefs, who had a perfectly prepared meal for me each afternoon and evening. For breakfast, I was able to arrive in the dining area and order, or head in early to the buffet area for an omelette and fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs. I would recommend bringing along some of your own snacks for between meals, but you can easily find white rice, whole fruit, etc. This turned out to be a wonderful travel experience, as I felt spoiled and doted upon for the entire trip.
  3. I had E-mailed to see if the hams purchased in Connecticut or on-line were gluten free and received this response. This was for Easter 2009. Dear Chris, Thank you for your inquiry. All our hams are gluten free in the retail stores and our shipping facility. Sharon Honeybaked Ham Co. 1-800-343-4267
  4. Thank you very much for all the information and sharing your personal experience, very much appreciated!
  5. I was just diagnosed on Monday and am trying to figure things out and am hoping someone can provide some insight. I am trying to understand how much I should be concerned about cross-contamination, both at home and outside the home. When looking at lists on-line, such as Trader Joe's No Gluten list, I am finding some companies stating No Gluten Ingredients instead of Gluten Free. Is this something I need to be concerned about? Is there a way to determine what is considered safe, if produced in a facility that also produces products that contain gluten? Thank you in advance for any information.
