I am a month diagnosed gluten intolerant..and am starting to think am also casein intolerant...but I can drink milk and other stuff with no effects..but have noticed the few times I've had cheese especially today...I'm back on the porcelain...is it possible just to have a cheese intolerance??? I"m still learning...and have been totally gluten free for my month so far...the only thing I had this morning that I can pin down that would make me ill is the silly cheese... Thanks...
I"m two days diagnosed with Gluten intolerance..and I"m amassing my list of good and bad. I'm not much of a sweets eater..but the biggest challenge i'm finding is replacing what I used to marinate my food in ...and my salad dressings. I can't find anything about balsamic vinegar which I love. I find white vinegar..but not Balsamic.. HELP??? Teddi
