  1. Applebees

I have eaten at Applebees and had no problem. I usually get the caesar salad (no croutons, of course) and ask for salmon rather than the chicken. I put wine vinegar and oil on my salad. Hope this helps.
  2. Chinese Food

I would agree with the person who mentioned steamed food. I avoided chinese restaurants but found that most chinese restaurants will be able to steam chicken with vegetables.
  3. Wendy's New "atkin's Friendly" Food

I don't know about the Adkin's foods. But Wendy's does list gluten free items on their website. I usually have the taco salad with out sour cream or salsa.
  4. How Can I Gain Weight?

I find that I have lost weight and muscle mass sine starting a gluten free diet. I agree with eating less more frequently. It seems like I have a problem with not only the types of foods, but also eating too much at one time. I might also suggest vitamin supplements. I use GNC since the vitamins I take are gluten free. I also plan on using protein supplements to help with the muscle mass.
  5. Cider Vinegar

Balsamic vinegar and distilled vinegar are ok. If it just says vinegar then wheat could have been used in the distillation process. That particular ingredient would have to be checked out.
