  3. Call All Celiacs!

Yeah its hard i take whole foods to my room and store it in a plastic box from freds. We had separate cabinets to store our food in and it worked out. You could get a cattle prong and zap them if they get into your food.
  4. Vitamin D Deficiency?

My whole family including myself that lives up in way north alaska has a very low D. We were supper sick since well no sun in the winter and its just to damn cold to expose yourself to the sun.
  5. Eating Disorders?

Simple, 3 meals balanced with starches, proteins, veggies. This will make you feel better and give you the energy you need. Its like a fire, if you load up a fire all at once it dies and burns poorly, but if you feed it the right amount it burns hot and long. Im no expert on whats going on inside so this is just an idea that i have.
  6. Call All Celiacs!

Im a resident, but a college transplant my parents live north of fairbanks by a few hours. I don't know the name but if i had a face i might.
  7. Call All Celiacs!

im experienced and im no noob to room mates. I just put the idea out to see if anyone in Fairbanks would since its cost so much for the food here, bulk orders are easier with other people. I just don't want a mini-kitchen I lived in a cabin with one and they suck. The school doesn't have to provide accommodations, the kitchen is ok and they will provide food but I don't live on campus or want to. Since there are other people like me in Fairbanks and that attend the school this would be a great to room together or have some sort of connection to hang out. The school wouldn't release that information since it is personal, it wouldn't be covered under the freedom of information act since it is after all very personal. I just got bored and wanted to give it a shoot and see what comes back.
  8. i just go into the kitchen open a cupboard and stare until something pops out or i have the urge to consume what ever is in front of me. When Im out of town chips are my friend, i usual eat a family size bag a day along with what ever i see at the store when Im shopping for food. Also crunch and munch is great that fills me a bit until something else looks good. Man I sound like Im a fat kid, but Im very active and don't sit still long before something sounds fun to do outside.
  9. Ok so Im a current student at University Alaska Fairbanks and this is for all celiacs and gluten-wheat free people who are current and future students of UAF. Since I have been living with the normal people and noticed that I have been getting sick due to the fact someone has been using my mayo and smearing it all over wonder bread and violating my mayo. I would like to get a group of like gutted people who are celiac and form team wheat-gluten free house. This would be epic since no one would wheat the counter and cooking things violate the mayo and jam with the evil wheat and its comrades. So anyone want to join this epic adventure in Fairbanks?
  10. Washington State?
