About Me

I'm a 21-year-old college student currently living in Chile. I have been dealing with Celiac alone as my family does not wish to do any real research on the topic and views this as my problem. I usually live in Colorado and am happy to see many changes in the gluten-free world here. I have had problems staying gluten-free at all times, but I am finally ready to face this part of my life with all I've got. I hope I can depend on this group for support since my family is not an option.

  1. No, I agree. I'm not saying it's not (I was kind of wondering if people would start to think that. ) But, it is good to be aware that there may be a related sensitivity, it's always wise not to try eating too many new grains at once and confuse a millet (or other grain) reaction with a gluten one.
