  1. I totally know how you feel. I was in the kitchen making sure any cross contamination didn't happen and my 76 year old grandma rolled her eyes, like I was being to paranoid or making up my sickness.. Luckily my mom understands and tried very hard during my visit. I have been gluten-free for a couple of months now. Good luck. Something we will have to live with for a very lond time
  2. That's really great to know. I went to Disneyland with my family just recently and almost starved... There was little to eat. Also I live really close to Branson and my Church will be going there soon. Thanks a lot!!! God Bless
  3. Does anyone know if there is anything gluten-free at Taco Bell?? Their web site offers little help.. Or at any other fast food places for traveling?? Im so new at this I just want to scream sometimes.. Thanks for all your help... Peggy

I received a Gluten Free List from Campbells last week which include: Red & White Condensed Bean with Bacon Chicken Broth Chicken with Rice Chicken with white and wild rice Fiesta Tomato Tomato with basil and Oregeno Vegatable broth with Onions Ready to Serve Fiest Vegtable Healthy Request New England Clam Chowder Ready to use Chicken Broth Chunky Split Pea with Ham They also said to keep checking the labels because they are constantly improving their recipes.   5. At a place called Wild Oats I get a Organic Tamari Wheat Free Soy Sauce by a company named San-J. They have a web site also www.san-j.com. Wild oats labels all of their Gluten Free stuff in my town. Hope this helps for you...
