  1. Hi everyone, Approximately 2-3 Months ago I had some sort of severe stomach virus where my stool was literally liquid. I had this for approximate a week. Unfortunately after having this I have been suffering from mild diarrhea & a sore upper stomach and upper back off & on ever since. Also, an itchy sensation is experienced aroudn the anus area after going to the the toilet on alot of occasions. I have recently been to the doctor & got a long list of blood test & stool samples conducted. Everything came back good. Normal for iron, normal for B12, except for one result. My IgG was 84 where normal is supposed to be <34. However my other tests for celiac came back good. IgA test came back <20 (reference of <34 being good) & my Ttg Antibodies came back at <7 (Reference <7 as good) & my Endomysial test came back good as well. Also, all my stool tests came back fine for any infections etc. I don't remember the exact tests done on my stool, but I do know that it consisted of a large array of things, including looking for infections. I gave 2 stool samples in small containers, one with some sort of preservative in the the container. I have been to the specialist & he stated that because I have only had symptons for 2 Months, it is unlikely I have celiac (1-2% chance). To summarize, my symptons are: - Stomach & upper back pains off & on. - Unable to focus at times - Irregular stool. However stool does not float to the top as I have read as being the case due to fat not being metabolized in small intestines. - Stomach bloating soon after eating for about 45-60 mins - A considerable amount of flatulence - General consistent tiredness NONE of these symptons I had prior to 2 Months ago. The specialist stated that I should give it 3-4 more weeks & if condition doesn't improve, that I might want to consider getting an endoscopy. I decided that I wanted the Endoscopy test done ASAP. It is booked in for this Saturday. After the test I will have to wait about a week for the final results. I insisted to the specialist I wanted the tests done ASAP. I am booked for this Saturday coming. Can anybody offer any feedback as to whether the the test results are common for Celiacs & any ideas of what else it could be? Thanks in advance.
