Thank you for such an uplifting and true poem. I have been a celiac for nine years, did well but had a bad and prolonged gluten exposure last year from taking medicine with gluten in it and ended up with lymphocytic colitis. I have had the pleasure of meeting older and even elderly celiacs who were quite healthy and one even ran marathons so one never knows how the Lord will lead us through
