  1. Ped. Gi In Central Jersey?

My daughters' pediatric gastroenterologist is Dr. Francis Sunaryo at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. Phone: 973-322-7600. Excellent doctor, highly recommended by my pediatrician as the best in the area. Performed endoscopies on both of my children and they were fine after (except for the positive diagnoses, of course!). Seems very knowledgeable on celiac.
  2. Although Keklloggs Corn Pops recently added wheat (sadly), I just discovered Pathmark brand Corn Nuggets that are gluten-free--tastes just like the Kelloggs! Also Whole Foods "365" brand makes Honey Frosted Flakes that are gluten-free--taste just like Kelloggs Frosted Flakes! Why can't Kelloggs make it like the gluten-free competitors!? My kids like Peanut Butter Panda Puffs and Barbara's Honey Rice Puffins. Also, Health Valley's Rice Crunch 'Ems and Corn Crunch 'Ems are very similar to Rice Chex and Corn Chex--pretty good. And for hot cereal, Quaker Instant Grits (which is corn) are delicious--I add butter and milk and microwave for 1 minute! And believe it or not, unlike most people, I've always loved Puffed Rice (even before I was on a gluten-free diet!).
