  1. someone mentioned poptarts...i loved toasted chocolate poptarts with butter. i miss pizza and calzones (extra sauce please), and bagels more than most any foods i can think of. have found some substitute foods that get me by, but it's just not the same!
  2. medical f/u is individual...before i was dx'd, my hair fell out, i bruised easy, and suffered horrible bone pain. dr's prescribed prozac. (good plan!). bone-density scan showed severe osteoporosis, which led specialists down a more conclusive path. so my medical f/u will be monitoring bone density, vitamins, and not falling down! no more 'scopes' for me! and of course, eating as gluten-free as possible for life!
