  1. I was just dx at the beginning of the month and have been gluten-free for about four weeks. My digestive symptoms have been fine for the most part since starting the diet, but I do still feel exhausted about midway through the day intermittently. I am exhausted today and I know that I am pre=menstrual. This is my second cycle since starting the diet and felt the same way prior to my period then (which I chalked up to just starting the diet). This past summer as I was suffering the symptoms of what turned out to be celiacs, I realized that my GERD was much more pronounced when I was pre-menstrual. Anyone else having similar experiences?
