  1. Confused

Hi everyone , i'm 65 years old and i have DH for 28 years but didn't know it could do any damage until i saw a GI doctor last summer. I am taking 25mg of dapsone everyday and i watch what i eat so i very seldom brake out with the blisters. Now my GI doctor tells me i must stick to a glutin free diet and i haven't a clue what i might be eating that has glutin in it. Are their any good books to buy or sites to go to so i can get some good information. The strange thing is that for 28 years the dermatologist never told me it could do damage to my small intestine. Well it looks like i need some help here and the strange thing is that my blood tests show that i have a hight tolorance for glutin??? Thanks for your time.
