About Me

I am 14 years old and super allergic to gluten. My sister is intolerant but not NEAR this bad. (She ate a Brownie the other day and felt fine. A BROWNIE!! That would have been a hospital visit for me.) But I digress, to me I got the short end

of the straw in my family my brother, healthiest guy I've ever seen, never goes tot eh Doctor cause he's never sick! My to sisters are both far healthier than I, both parents are fine. But what can you do right? So any way. Celiac, not the worst thing to ever happen, but pretty stinkin' close! Oh I miss cookies. And brownies. And coco Puffs... Oh anyway So that is the story. Stinks right?

  1. I have been gluten FREE for for a couple months. Like five months ago I started the diet just not very carefully But I eat better now than I ever have, and I CAN'T STOP LOOSING WEIGHT! I now weigh 105 WHY!?
  2. I need tip and your suggestions on gaining and keeping on weight. I'm 14 5'10 and weigh 110 pounds. I want to gain a little more weight, I don't want to be fat, I just don't want to be a 90 pound weakling. No offence to any 90 pound weaklings out there. I hate an entire gluten free pizza and tub of gluten free brownies in two days. I eat like that normally...
  3. What always helps me is a heat pack. the hotter the better, it really relaxes all the muscles and makes the cramps so much less painful.
