  1. Thank you so much for replying, we
  2. MY daughter is 10 years old and loves the Carl's Jr Chili Cheese fries. She never gets any symptoms so I can
  3. Olive Garden

They now offer Gluten Free Pasta at the Olive Gardens in Tucson,AZ so I think it's probably everywhere.
  4. Fast Food

MY daughter eats Carls Jr Chilli chease frys. She never has symptoms so it's hard to tell if their gluten free or not. Has anybody here ever had symptoms as a result of eating at Carls Jr?
  5. I thought for sure I would get a couple responses for this in this forum. Unfortunatly my Doctor really couldnt tell me anything either. I'm new to Celiac and 164 seems like a huge number which is the reason for my concern.
  6. My Daughter had blood work after constant constipation and short stature. She is 10 and was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes since age 2. In june of 2009 she had positive IGA of over 100( labs did not give exact number) had biopsy with negative result one month later. GI Doctor suggested to go on GLuten Free diet for 6 months and then re-test IGA. IN November of 09 we re-tested and had 164 IGA positve but she has no symptoms other then constipation. Is this normal?
  7. I have a 10 year old daughter who is also believed to have Celiac. She is a type 1 diabetic and has tyroid desease since she was 2. After long debate and a 164 positive IGA lab. we did the biobsy which came out negative. She's been gluten free for 6 months and still shows over 100 IGA and no symptoms. I would recomend for sure to do the biopsy but it still might not give you the answers. Still dont know why my daughter is still over 100 IGA labs after 6 months gluten free.
