  1. Wow! I LOVE this forum. I've been having bladder issues for years. I am a celiac person, but I forgot about salycilates! I've not eaten any gluten, but tomatoes and red apples-alot! Plus other possible irritants. This REALLY helps!
  2. Modified Food Starch?

I also cannot tolerate corn. MFS seems to be off limits!
  3. I just had some and was wondering the same thing! I had it with Rice Crispies about an hour ago and I've not had any adverse reactions. My reactions are mostly neurological--but so far, so good.
  4. I cannot eat oats! I have to lay down and sleep immediately after I eat them. Sugar is not good either! Don't deswpair. This blog is the BOMB!
  5. Yes I had been dx'd with MS for 16 years. Within last 6 mons. found out it's celiac. Writing a book about it with my doctor. Amazing!
  6. Hi, I'm a newbie, but YES I have strange rib cage pain when I ingest ANYTHING I knowingly or unknowingly cannot tolerate. That's one of my keys to figuring out my sensitivities.
