  1. Wow thanks so much!! that was veryyy helpful
  2. My blood work was a false neg, I did a stool test and that showed me pos for celiac.
  3. Hii there, sorry it took me so long to reply. I got diagnosed by a test that my doctor gave me. it is a stool culture test and i had it sent t the top notch laboratory called Metametrix. They are wonderful, i did a blood test that tested 80 different food groups and i did a stool test covering multiple things to see what bacteria i was lacking, to see if i had any parasites and gluten. It took about 3-4 weeks to get my results. but after 8 years of pain i finally know whats wrong with me
  4. hi all!!, i was researching a little last night and i found a website that talks about a leaky gut diet. Does anybody know why soy milk and mushrooms can be bad? the website wasnt too helpful. i am really confused about what i can or cannot eat because i have leaky gut and i have gluten senstivity, allergic to casien, egg and almonds. please help me out i am really new to this and i am really anxiousss
  5. I was wondering if anyone has leaky gut syndrome and i wanted to know what kind of symptoms they had while getting treated. I have been diagnosed with leaky gut for about a month now and i am taking a bunch of pre and pro biotcs that my doctor told me to take. Also my doc said that it would take about 2 yrs to rebuild my gut, has anyone ever been told that?? I have gluten sensitivity and some food allergies(dairy, egg, almonds) and i am on a strict gluten free diet and i still get sick and dizzy and I am thinking that is from the leaky gut because i am still in the process of rebuilding my gut, am i wrong on thinking this??? somebody anybody help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so annoyed :wacko:because i am doing a great diet and taking all my stuff but then again my husband tells me that i need to be patient and that further down the road i will get better. So i am hoping he is right
  6. ohhh ok, thanks for the info, because i wore some make up yesterday and i have already checked to see if they are gluten free and they said yes but cross contamination can be possible. well i got really sick yesterday and it was after i put my make up on, so i dont know if it was just a bad day or the make up. i guess not the make up, i am going to check my mac lipsticks though.

  8. Thanks for the reply!! i love secret so i am going to keep on using it
  9. Greattt!! im so excited! ya i think i do need to check out the lipsticks i am using. But whoa what a relief. I have just read other peoples comments on this website and a lot of them are going gluten free with skin products, make up etc.. So i got kind of worried.
  10. Hi so i am really new to this gluten free, dairy free, egg free diet that i have just been diagnosed with (oh yeah i also have leaky gut syndrome). I feel so overwhelmed and i feel so trapped and it sucks!.. I have been researching a lot about my diet and made huge changes and now i am searching to see what kind of make up is safe to use and to see if anyone knows about the make up line called "prescriptives" its all mineral base, but i am still not sure if its safe to use. The ingredients don't say that they contain gluten, so i think its safe to use. In addition, i was wondering if anyone uses the deodorant Secret and if its okay to use? I don't know if i have to go this far, because my doctor only told me to go on a gluten free diet, but i rather be safe than sorry.
