  1. I started eating the chocolate and sea salt ones after only eating the Madagascar Vanilla. I stopped completely and now I tried the Madagascar again and it wasn't as bad. Honestly, the product does not say certified gluten free, so I really don't know the ppm's of the product. Plus it does not indicate anything about oats, which would definitely bother...

  3. this is interesting I was not aware of inflammation of the cartilage but I experienced this up to and after my dx in april 2010. I thought I had gall bladder disease because the pain first appeared on the upper right and then radiated around the back of the right rib cage. Turns out I also had osteopenia so I wonder if that was also causing the aching...

  6. any thoughts to having a dairy intolerance? if you put milk in the tea and the banana bread was made with milk ingredients. I get the same reaction to milk that I do with gluten... just a thought. most early grey has a special flavoring but its a natural substance. u have to check all herbal teas as some of them have barley.
