  1. Hi, I sometimes get flu-like symptoms, swolen glands, achy, tired and a bit feverish if I accidentally ingest gluten. I think it's an immune response, the body trying to fight the initial invasion. Hope this helps!
  2. Scleroderma And Celiac

Thank you so much for your help in pointing me in the right direction!
  3. Hi, I'm new to these forums and really glad to be here. I have Celiac disease and since I have found out I have been so much happier! I took myself off of all gluten products for good! And I have never felt healthier or more in control of my health. However, this posting isn't about me. My dear friend just got diagnosed with Scleroderma which is a deadly and debilitating disorder. Is there any link between Celiac and Scleroderma? I know there is a link between Scleroderma and Lupus and now researchers are finding links between Lupus and Celiac so I'm trying to find any info that can help my friend through this scary time. Can anyone point me in the direction of research being done on Scleroderma and it's possible links to Celiac or does anyone have a similar story? Thank you so much for your time. We are really worried over here. Thank you!!!!
