  1. Hi IrishHeart!! Thank you soo much for all your help! you have given me hope and invaluable advice over the past few months your really sweet BTW My tests all came back NEG I still aint got my hair mineral analysis results back (due next week!)my doctor is almost convinced I suffer from CFS but I have told him I disagree as I know my problem stems in the GUT!! I have also decided to ignore my weight loss and concentrate on healing my gut which in theory should calm my immune system down! My diet at the moment is very restricted i eat just boiled chicken and rice trying to ensure I eat small meals thoughout the day SLOWLY I have a terrible habbit of eating food wayy too fast it literally doesnt touch the sides which must be causing my digestive system so much stress! an I took your advice an ditched my old probiotics which contained bizarre ingrediants such as sulfites and gelatine and replaced them with the new ones mentioned above which are way more powerful and more importantly more natural! I feel about 60% which is not amazing but its a start considering the past few months ive wanted to jump off a bridge its been that bad! lol How are you anyway? you recovering from the snickers incident? Jay

  4. Hi everyone, Just been reflecting on my childhood and eating habits. As a child i used to eat large meals really fast in like 5 mins!!! My mum said i used to chew my food about 3 times at most!! I ate really large amounts of everything all the left overs and ask for more when I had finished an was always really skinny as a child. If i have adopted these eating habits from childhood ( almost 20 years) how much damage could i have potentially caused as my digestive system must have been under soo much stress? ( i had insomnia since I was 6 years old!) all my friends say i still eat really fast now even tho im trying to slow down!! Does anyone else eat fats and not chew food thoroughly? and could this have caused this mess im in now? Thanks everyone James
  5. I have fasted for 2 days and my brain fog has 80% gone! what does this mean? I normally eat lamb turky, sweet ,spinach, brocolli, carrots, garlic, sprouts I have large meals and I eat really fast finish a large meal in 10 mins I cant slow down, its a bad habit ive had since childhood. I used to be a sporty active person who got top grades in school and now im just a weak 23 year old with a low exercise intolerance and even remember my telephone number which ive had for years due to this brain fog.
  6. Thank you so much for the useful information! I admire your resiliance and determination and my heart goes out to you in finding the cause of this debilitating problem I have so many dreams of living healthy and enjoying life and it is upseting that i divert all my energy into overcoming my health problems! I have been supplementing calcium vitamin b complex magnesium vitamin D im weary of them as they contain maltodextrin or dextrose at the moment im not supplementing Iron which i will start doing from tomorrow and im going to do a full clear out of my kitchen knifes, forks pans are all getting replaced! Have you not considered heavy metal poisoning for your problems? all my research is leading to Stress, Candida Leaky Gut or heavy metal poisoning all of which im going to addressing one by one until ive found what is causing my body so much distress!
  7. I knew it was coming as my health has really deteriorated my girlfriend has decided to leave me after 5 years. she sed I look like death, skin and bones im now 9stone 126 pounds i used to be 168 pounds ive become disconnected from the world my brain fog has become really bad i have horrible mood swings and im really irritabile and never relaxed. I am starting to lose the one thing that has got me this far in life HOPE my doctor doesnt listen to me anymore he is very dismissive and he thinks im just depressed. I will never give up on finding out what has made me this ill i have hit rock bottom and i have nothing to losei have been ill from a very young age i was blessed with good health I was blessed with trying to find it I am strictly gluten free, I also have reactions to dairy, tree nuts, soy, sugar, eggs corn wheat. Does anyone else have nuero symptoms like me and has anyone been tested for mercury poisoning as i have 4 huge dental analgams since childhood i think this is my next step?
  8. I eat Turkey Duck Lamb Quail and Goat and rotate them every 4 days... im scared that my brain fog will never go! im considering cutting out some veg and even toothpaste ill try the vitamins calcium and iron supplements and hope this brain fog lifts!
  9. Any help would be great! Ive eliminated gluten, soy, eggs, citric acid, all grains, white potatoes , chicken , pork and beef, and all fish! I have horrible habbit of not chewing my food and eating extremly fast which i have been working on and learning slowly to take my time when i eat. I eat all veg and rare meats and try to not eat things with sugar in them! However, my brain fog is still with me 24/7 in the past 6 months ive had one day of clarity! the only supplement i take is L -Glutamine to help my leaky gut repair! could anyone advise me on the next step i should take to remove this brain fog! Thank you
  10. Hi everyone thought id share with everyone my good news!I have grown up with chronic insomnia roughly from the age of 6 I was always fatigued and tired and struggled throughout my childhood and then finally the breakthrough came at the age of 21 (so thats 15 years of sleeping 1 hour a night!) I decided to take an IgG food intolerance test and shown I had positive reactions for gliaden and cows milk! and now after a long wait, (about 4 months in fact!) Im officially no longer an Insomniac, i started sleeping it still takes me an hour to drop off but when i do i sleep through the night. I do just sit there and think to myself I have been ill my whole life due to food!! its scary to think Unfortunatly, I still have Brain fog which i can not for the life of me get rid of! hope this gives people hope James
  11. I have been gluten free now for 6 months since my diagnosis in Aug 10 I have discovered im reactent to gluten, eggs, milk, oranges, Soy, and sugar. Shopping is so hard for me here in the uk, eating 'fast snacks' while out the house is near impossibleand so frustrating when im so hungary. My weight has been constantly declining before my diagnosis I was a healthy figure weighing 12 stone and now I look a frail figure weighing 10 stone.I take Vegan multivitamins and omega 3 + 6 tablets. Has anyone overcome weight loss issues? If so could you give me some advice on how to put on the pounds! Thank you James
