  2. I just found gluten free Panko Style Bread Crumbs by Kinnikinnick! My hubby loves chicken katsu and I might even try them in meatloaf.

I'm a hairstylist and have been suffering from eczema on my palms and scalp for years, noticing that certain brands flare me up worse than other (Sebastian was the WORST!!). Also, I had DH spots all over my back and legs, being misdiagnosed as eczema for 10 years. I went gluten free and started reading labels from shampoo to suppliments to food items and everything has been clearing up nicely. 34 days now, although I got CC'ed last weekend. Shampoo can really get you!
