I'm right there with you. I have been gluten-free for a week and I'm dying here. Over the last year I have dropped over 50 pounds and do not look like myself. I work close to 60-70 hours a week and 3 kids. I did not realize how it would hit, until 3 times this week, I've had lunch meetings and trying to explain what I can and can't eat...
