I'm new in here. Had a terrible reaction with gluten this past week: joint pain, bloated, constipated, hives/rash, headaches...I'm taking control, changing the way I eat ( hard to do for me since I'm a stubborn Italian ) No more wheat, pizza, breads, etc. unless they have no gluten, wheat. I need all the help I can get! Hope I can find new friends and a support group in here...
