  1. hey there- i believe boars head are mostly gluten free, except for a particular olive or pickled loaf..check out their site. also, brands like applegate farms and wellshire farms, which can be found at whole foods, have specific a gluten free labeling key-most if not all of their meats are gluten free. check out their sites as well.
  2. I think you were asking more about the "salad bar" area or prepared foods where you can buy freshly made stuff, right? I always question it too-but usually if there is wheat in something, they'll list it in paranthesis..like, "Soy Sauce (Wheat)" Cross contamination is a issue, but I guess use your best judgement as to what it's next to.. My only gripe with their prepared foods is they have no gluten free salad dressing at the salad bar!
  3. Hi- I actually picked up a probiotics/acidophilius from Whole Body..it's called FloraMore by a company called Lame Advertisement. They're great and it says gluten free right on the bottle. check out their website at www.Lame Advertisement.com
  4. Outback Steakhouse and PF Chang's restaurants both have gluten free menus upon request!
  5. Hi everyone, I actually got a restaurant card from subscribing to the "Living Without" magazine..I also got a shopping tip card, which honestly, is kind of useless. But they rest. cards are good.. Also, in Jax Peter Lowell's first book I believe in the back she has gluten-free restaurant info cards in about 10 different languages.
