1. Mixture Of Brahmi And Bhringraj

Is this a clay, like kieselguhr/diatomaceous earth, or bentonite?
2. I am doing this blog to help others out. To testify to the struggles after 20 years+, of being coeliac and not realizing it. From having my intestinal wall disintegrate, allowing food into the blood, from having skin break out in rashes, 'psoriasis' which is likely only an acid/grain-intolerance condition, and numerous people who didn't really care, instead, only cared about themselves (closed-hearted), and thought since they or someone else had letters after the JURISTIC PERSON (the NAME w/ PhD etc ad nausea) this somehow 'qualified' them to make the 'right choices'. Well, as soon as we use this tricky word 'qualify' (like at a race), we are talking about people who believe themselves to be limited to a particular dogma (set of man-made rules, not nature-made maxims). They can no longer engage thinking skills, they can only repeat. The qualification defines the latter use of 'right choices' within an artificial context, therefore by nature, without the qualification: wrong. A lot of people who had their trust placed in the above characters (almost as from a novel, it's so unsubstantive), had this trust then breached when given all sorts of quack 'remedies' allegedly to help their condition. It helped the condition, yes! It made the symptoms worse. So I present myself directly, as an unqualified private physician, unsubscribed to any medical dogma (man-made rules), free to critically think (I can see the a-turn-on-me's scurring), and know absolutely who I am: a soul, not legally-defined nor part of some third-rate legal code system. I do not presume, nor should the other board members, that my blog articles reflect the opinion of anyone using the celiac.com system, only my own. However, they are free to agree to mistakes, to the trouble it may cause them. I am the administrator for the private estate.
3. Coeliacs Are Special.

Coeliacs are special. Not better or worse, superior or inferior. Just special. 'Set apart'. Many of us had an education based on western european cultural derivatives: sit forward, face front, 'we' have all the answers. [note: for those easily offended, I say 'culture'. A cultural is not a race. It is my opinion race is a synthetic designator designed to separate people, much as religion, football clubs, nationalities, etc - who cares?] But why this education, and not others? And why such a heavy emphasis on bread in the unscientific, according to those that developed correct models and were dismissed, 'Food Pyramid', as part of that education? I remember a story related to me, by an old wizened man with long grey hair, so long it went down to the ground. He said to me: "there were once missionaries who went to the tip of south america, where they found a tribe who habitated in half-buried houses, formed to allow the wind and weather to sweep over." "The missionaries had them build wood houses that stood up, and fed them a high-carbohydrate diet." I asked him what happened to them? "The next season, they had all died from exposure and lack of fat in their diet." But I guess the alleged missionaries were happy, because the 'uncivilized tribe' members accepted the religious beliefs and acted on them. A Coeliac, or someone who accepts grain-intolerance as real, is someone who has walked down the road of the 'uncivilized tribe' for awhile, didn't like it, and turned back before dying. It doesn't matter then, that the executives of the FDA Corp altered the food pyramid based on what the shareholders* wanted. The beliefs are accepted, and no longer acted-upon. A grain-intolerant had to step out of the free edu-dumbification 'we have all the answers' paradigm and come up with real answers and questions to ask themselves. For those that may believe, as many north americans with some degree of western-european derived culturalizations do, that the mere issue is a four-walled school-room and a limited ('qualified') teacher who can only repeat what some university deans have handed down to professors, some executives of the National Education Board inc have decided, or 'Insert Regional Teachers Board Inc directors here, and numerous media outlets, plus 'qualified doctors' (a restricted actor who adulterates)', all with the same policy, There are far too many coinciding factors for it to be called anything other than an open agenda. When something is that obvious, it doesn't make one feel smarter for seeing it. Only more open-minded, and open-hearted. I think those are good qualities, do you? * (aside note: someone who acts or claims to be a citizen is not a shareholder, they are equivalent to an employee, and they take orders, not give them, if you are wondering why people whom you claim to be your boss, don't listen to complaints, except when it suits them).
4. Grain Intolerance & Iodine

Iodine: this very vital substance has been villified by the same people who stand to gain the most from it's non-use: M.D.'s (truly a criminal racket) So it's no surprise to see it's use disdained in an otherwise accurate review of the symptoms of so-called 'coeliac': grain-intolerance. While I keep sources private and methods of preparation, it's use is quite simple: If you are outside of north america, it's easy to order it through the pharmacist, and they in turn order it from a lab, which in turn orders it through one of the big pharmaceutical companies. The price is very low compared to inflated prices I see online, either for liquid iodine solution or KI (potassium iodide, in tablet form). How this applies to coeliac: We know the internal organs, especially the small intestine, are attacked during coeliac symptoms. Iodine is a totally necessary nutrient used in immune system and other organ building and function. note: this excludes radioactive iodine, and 'surface treatments' which have been doctored (adulterated), such as betadine.
5. Activated Charcoal

Carry these tablets with you. If accidentally you ingest something with wheat, and realize it within a few minutes to 10 or 15 minutes at most, take these and they will absorb, blocking a lot of the potential reaction. They are available widely, health food stores and mail-order, and are fairly-inexpensive.
6. I'm talking here about real anti-social behaviour, not projected fashionable behaviour, or it's opposite. This is when the gut, specifically the small intestine, really the seat of our emotions, is under attack from our own body, rendering us insensitive to our own feelings, and consequently, those of others. We 'celiacs' seek to repair the damage to the gut, in large part because of the isolation caused by constantly being triggered by food. If the brain or mind, is overwhelmed with stimulus, this causes us to shut-down, to contract, and feel more isolated, even in a room full of people. Recently, these words spoke to me: Sensitivity is expansion. Stimulation or sensation, is contraction. So we want to be more sensitive, only we find it difficult, when our main sensitivity organ, is out-of-whack. If we have great difficulty feeling our own feelings, how are we to feel the feelings of others? Body-language, often overlooked, is a powerful method of communication. It makes-up about 80% of the total communication between people. If our emotional seat is our small intestine, and this is under attack or disabled by previous attacks, then how are we supposed to feel?
7. Coffee! ( Liver Help )

This is something to help sufferers - it helps me, and it's widely reported to help others, so i'm sharing it with you: Fresh-roasted coffee, fresh-brewed, (organic, fair-trade, etc) A 10-cup espresso maker (50ml x 10, 500ml) Two passes of water (same coffee-grounds, first pass strong, second is weak). A combo hot-water-bottle enema kit (ask for it at the pharmacy if it's not up-front) Wait for the coffee to cool to ~35 centigrade Place it in a jar, in water in the sink, and fill the sink with cold water, to help it cool rapidly. Use an electronic thermometer, or a standard glass-type, to check. Have a towel on the floor you do not mind getting coffee on. Use a little oil and kneel down, shoulders-down, to administer, and then transfer to your right-side, continuing to stay down, laying down. Stay like this for 10-15 minutes ideally, however: If the first time, you might have to run to the bathroom, And then repeat it if you could not retain the first. It is important to retain at least the second one (you will have to brew as above, all over again) > Do this daily, twice a day is fine, > Retain for at least 10 minutes, longer is fine. > Just plain coffee. The only additive that helps is a teaspoon of bittersalz (epsomite, or nigari are roughly the same) and a teaspoon of sea salt. > I get green beans and self-roast. They last a long time while green (good shelf-life) and I know how fresh they are.
8. hmm. it is also my experience that if you 'slip-up' (eat something that you thought was grain-free that you later realized was not) as i recently did, make sure to have some capsules of activated charcoal on-hand, and take one (for someone very small) or two or three (for fully-grown bodies) to help to soak-up/neutralize the effect of the grains.
9. Coeliac Youth Of Europe

i am a bit old for the camp, although i certainly understand the situation. PM me if you are going to be nearby.. berlin-mitte-wedding.
10. I can emphatically write to you that the gut is the 'seat of the emotions'. Emotional insensitivity and emotional problems, are closely linked to gut issues. The so-called 'celiac disease', and i think most people here can agree it is a body rejection of gluten, causing destruction of the small intestine, creates emotionally hyperstimulation conditions, which in turn reduce one's real sensitivity. There are some diet-related things, for instance, I totally disagree with restricting iodine in the diet: this is one red-herring so-far. Liquid iodine, iodine solution in water (pure), is absorbed directly through the mucus linings of the mouth, and never reaches the gut. Plus it has an extremely beneficial effect, so this is why the mainstream death-oriented/worshipping players, push breads (gluten, destroy the gut) and anti-iodines (fluorines, bromines, and an iodine deficient diet: destroy the thyroid, and fertility). We get our iodine at about 50USD per liter. It's not expensive. Sea vegetables could potentially be a good source. Apart from that, fasting. Have you tried fasting, or fasting coupled with a mono-diet for awhile? Such as mineral water, raw eggs [organic, bio-dynamic] with bananas and a few other things, this to give the gut a break from serious digestion and also provide nutrients? Only after less than two weeks, the improvement is clear, after 20 years not knowing this was one issue i was dealing with. All the other techniques, learned over time, have allowed the healing process to accelerate much more quickly. Without them, it may have taken me much more time.
11. Extreme Anxiety

the best 'medication' is making sure that you don't have gluten in your diet. It's difficult at first, listen to the gut.
12. the experience with the gut is after stopping gluten foods (obvious ones like wheat etc, grains) i got a lot better, but not 100%, and here's why: you think the gut is auto-immune destroyed? then there is a leaky gut syndrome. so food normally passing out which has already had it's energy taken from it, is now 'rotting' in a sense, having some toxic constituents, and a leaky gut wall from the celiac damage, is allowing those waste products into the bloodstream. i have intestinal cleansing equipment, already built and designed, so luckily its possible, if i remember, at the right time when i start feeling 'down' some hours after eating to do a cleanse to help hurry out and clean out the gut. i believe this is better until the gut wall is stronger, and when it is no longer incorrectly-permeable.
