  1. The best thing both you and your husband could do, is to go and seek medical advice from your GP. As snoring is playing havoc with both your lives. Even though my parents sleep in their room, both of them wake me up during the night as well as my brother. They all snore and it is a real pain.
  2. Any health food shops like Holland & Barretts, Sainsbury, M&S will be able to advice there are also a few online places that sell, gluten free products.
