Hi, I'm newly diagnosed (gluten-free for 8 months) and I got 'glutened' a few days ago, my own fault for not being careful enough whilst out and about. Anyway about 45 mins after eating I felt slightly nauseous and had a bit of acid reflux. I didnt realise I had been glutened at that time. Then around 3-4 hours later I started getting stomach pains and nausea...
