  1. Raw Food Workshop being offered at St. James Episcopal Church in Pewee Valley, KY. March 3rd from 2:00pm - 4:30pm Workshop is Plant Based and Gluten-Free See website for details and registration, www.brightfromtheheart.com.
  2. Nutrition Workshop located at 7027 Hughes Ave. Crestwood, KY. Pre-register event only. Workshop will discuss gluten free, tips, grocery options and show hands on how to prepare delicious, easy recipes. Menu includes: Orange/carrot juice, Garden tofu scramble, raw energy bars, banana/almond smoothie, brown rice with broccoli and sauce, pasta w/ veggies and basalmic garlic oil dressing, vanilla cupcakes. Recipes on how to prepare the foods will be given so you can try them at home, everyone will get to eat or drink each item made. Right now I am offering workshop specials: purchase one workshop at regular price and bring a friend for half price. This workshop is $25.00 (friend would be $12.50). This is a great way to connect with others, share some delicious food and learn some new things.
