    I was reading about your B12.. not finding it sublingual... i just went to look at mine as I am a newbie of this gluten free diet... mine is from sundown and it says no artificial flavor, no preservatives, no sugar, no starch, no milk, no lactose, no soy, no gluten, no yeast, no fish and sodium free,,,, hope this helps
  3. green giant caulifower and cheese sauce.....gluten free? these are the ingredients listes modified corn starch, enzyme modified butter,cheddar cheese, bakers cheese, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, whey protein concentrate, corn syrup solids, whey, onion powder, sodium phosphate, sodium alginate, hydrolyzed corn gluten,xabthan gum, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, sodium casenate, natural and artificial flavor, torula yeast, autolyzed yeast extract, soybean oil, lactic acid, dextrose, buttermilk, yeast extract, i dont see anything that stands out except maybe the corn gluten...

    thank you everyone.... its really hard for me to deal with right now as I had lapband 3 years ago.. so not only do my foods have to lapband friendly but now also gluten free.... adn so many of my recipes I use calls for sugar free jello I was really worried....

I was just diagnosed with celiac last week so this is all totally new to me.... going through my cupboards witht hte list of ingrediaents to avoid given to me by my dr.... list says modified food starch and modified starch, jello box says modified corn starch..... also avoid list says malt and jello box says maltodextrin..... but these forums says jello is fine.... can someone please explain thank you.... you may also contact me on yahoo messenger as xraylady65 i need all the help i can get... just let me know you are from here...
