  1. Even Doctor Oz kept referring to going gluten free as a way soothe your "tummy ache". I was so upset with him. He has the perfect forum to explain to the world that our problems are real health issues. Elizabeth Hasselhoff (forgive my sp.) looked horrified that it was being put out there as a diet fad.
  2. I have been gluten-free for 5 months. Since then I have gone from 142 lbs to 110lbs at 5'7" I am pole thin. I am very strict with my diet and Ive found brownies and cookies gluten-free to up my weight gain. If I make a mistake I feel the symptoms immediately and usually loose 1-2lbs more. Has anyone else dropped drastically in weight since going gluten-free?
