  1. I just bought a juicer and was hoping anyone that juices could give me an idea which produce is good for aiding in healing the gut? I made apple/carrot/cabbage/parsley juice last night, but haven't been able to find many other ideas. I've been buying Bolthouse and Naked juices and figured home made juice HAS to be better...AND cheaper lol.
  2. Thanks! I'll try another brand then.
  3. I haven't been diagnosed, but I'm trying to stay away from gluten to see if it helps the stomach problems I've always had. I was wondering if grits were ok, since they're just corn? Quaker old fashioned or quick grits don't say they're gluten free, but I'm guessing that they are?
