  1. Pork tenderloin Green Peas gluten-free pasta with butter and parm cheese! YUM!
  2. Lunch: salad with cranberries, feta, turkey, walnuts, and raspberry vinaigrette...I eat this a lot. And some slices of red pepper dipped in ranch. Dinner: I don't know yet, hubby is still out of the country and I'm leaving tomorrow to go get him. House is spotless right now, don't want to make a mess. haha!
  3. How about Baconnaise? They sell this at the grocery store I shop at most often. Thinking about trying it...I love mayo though!
  4. Just had minute rice cup (brown and wild) with some Dr McDouglas vegetable soup over it. Very easy lunch, would be great for on the go. For dinner I'm going to fix myself a green salad with turkey, cranberries, feta cheese, and walnuts with a raspberry vinaigrette. My favorite kind of salad.
  5. Was going to make Parmesan Soup (It's actually Creamy Tomato Parm Soup but, I call it "Parm Soup" so that hubs will eat it) Haha! With some homemade bread but, we both decided on snacks for tonight. Popcorn, veggies with dip, chips with dip, cheese, and probably some baked kale chips. Yum! I love Wednesdays!
  6. Leftover gluten-free lasagna with homemade gluten-free bread. Yum!
  7. I was seeing an endocrinologist last summer who was determined to DX me with PCOS(this was before I was DX with Celiac). I just knew that's not what it was. She kept asking me if I had hair growth on my chest and I kept telling her "No" and she also said my PCP didn't know what he was doing(and I trust him over her) when he did bloodwork .
